Colour: Pale yellow. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Closed. Sweet, malty notes with a smoky medicinal edge. Floral aromas also present. Palate: Smoky, sweet - fudge/toffee, malty and husk flavours develop along with a peaty/medicinal element. With water: Nose: Sweet, malty - milky coffee aromas with a touch of birch wood. Medicinal note never far away. Palate: Smoky - a touch metallic with some ozone character. With malty flavours and a subtle citrus fruitiness. Body: Rounded. Finish: Smoky with a roasted malt flavours. Cask Type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: Full flavoured with an intense smoky character.
