Bourbon matured for 15 years, then additionally matured in premier cru, first-growth Climens Barsac casks (1855 Sauternes-Barsac classification). Chateau Climens is one of the most celebrated dessert wines in France - some vintages awarded 100 points by Robert Parker! This is the 10th in the acclaimed links releases with limited worldwide release of 18,000 numbered bottles. All casks are selected by Master Distiller Jim McKewan and is a unique product in the whisky industry and are highly collectable as a result. Non chill filtered and colouring free.
