Colour: Light amber. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Malty with fresh fruit aromas. Some herbal notes and a slight floral element. Palate: Sweet and spicy - dried grass, leafy. Floral and fruity notes combine. With water: Nose: Floral/perfumed - lavender, with some cereal and oaky notes. Palate: Sweet with a slight smoky edge. Fruity - grapes and plums. Drying. Body: Light. Finish: Dry with leafy, bracken note. Cask type: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Style: A lighter Highland Malt with a pleasing balance of flavours.
