Jean Marc XO Vodka

70cl / 40% - A wheat vodka from the Cognac region (a la Citadelle), this has been distilled nine (yes, nine...) times in copper Alambic stills and is micro-oxygenated after distillation for extra refinement. Micro-oxygenation means blowing lots of tiny bubbles through liquid and is a process more usually employed by First-Growth Bordeaux.
