With water: Nose: Fruity - toffee apples, sweet fudge and spicy/aromatic aromas. Palate: Smoky - charred wood with fruit cake flavours. Body: Smooth & rounded. Finish: Long, spicy notes - drying. Cask type: First fill and refill sherry casks. Style: A Classic Speysider - elegant and full of character.
