Nose: Delightfully complex. Elegant dry wood-smoke and peaty, perfumed sweet heather, with hints of walnut, leather and toast. Pronounced notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Water emphasises the peat smoke and moorland notes. More sweet Speyside character emerges, with light European oak. Behind this lies treacle toffee and smooth, mocha coffee. Body: Smooth. Medium.
