With water: Nose: Cereal aromas with dusty/chalky elements, a little sweetness with floral edge - 'Odd fellows'. Palate: Drying, cereal, some rose/geranium flavours. Body: Light. Finish: Slightly sweet with floral edge. Cask type: Refill American hogsheads. Style: Light, easy drinking.
