Colour: Yellow gold. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Fruity - apples and bananas. Sweet with aromatic aromas - cedar wood. Palate: Sweet initially with malty, toasted flavours. Some smokiness together with a tannic fruitiness (apple skins). With water: Nose: Rich fruitiness. Hint of sweetness - milk chocolate, roasted malt and hessian aromas. Palate: Smoky with floral and dry grass notes. Drying, peppery and spicy. Body: Medium - best drunk neat. Finish: Dry - slightly salty. Cask type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: Aromatic and drying - to be enjoyed with a meal.
